Earlier in the day we acknowledged how Ben Bishop needed to change his mask colourway since joining the Los Angeles Kings, and it turns out the goalie on the other side of the trade, Peter Budaj, had to do the same.
Budaj's alter ego, Ned Flanders dressed as Thor, has been re-imagined with a thunderous background perfectly representing his new Tampa Bay Lightning team. The side not featuring 'The Simpsons' neighbour is jam packed with a giant Lightning logo.

The Simpsons reference on Budaj's mask has always been one of our favourite goalie mask features, and the above mask isn't the only new mask Budaj had made with Flanders image on it.
