Everyone expected the series between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Washington Capitals to be an absolute battle and both teams have lived up to expectations early on in the series.

With everything on the line in the playoffs, players get a little more intense and take the games more seriously than usual. In the first period of play of Game 4, Phil Kessel’s blade popped out of his skate and he was absolutely furious as he got to the bench.

Kessel was already pretty cheesed after what happened to Crosby, so the anger that he had from Game 3 probably carried over into this situation on the bench.

Unfortunately, the Penguins’ equipment manager got the worst of it all.

Phil #Kessel is feeling feisty before Game 4.
