Inside-the-park home runs aren’t as rare as they used to be, but that doesn’t mean you see them happen everyday.

On Wednesday night, Philadelphia Phillies prospect J.P. Crawford came up with a massive inside-the-park home run for the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, but it was a little more special than your average inside-the-park home run as it happened to be an inside-the-park grand slam.

As his shot sailed over the outfielder’s head, Crawford followed behind the three runners in front of him and made his way all the way around the bases before capping off the play with a perfectly timed slide to complete the extremely rare inside-the-park grand slam.

It was all IronPigs in this one, as they came out on top 8-2.
