After years of professional sports leagues shying away from Vegas, Sin City will soon be home to the National Hockey League expansion Golden Knights, and National Football League Raiders.
The Golden Knights are assembling their team as we speak, and beginning play in October, while the Raiders stay in Oakland until moving to Las Vegas for the 2020 season.
The Raiders appear to have already moved away from Oakland in their minds, sending the Golden Knights this handwritten note about how excited they are for the years ahead.
We doubt Raiders’ fans are very pleased about this letter, but the people in Las Vegas clearly have a whole lot of amazing sports to look forward to in the coming years.
