Every day, athletes are asked to sign their autograph on something.

Most of the time, it’s a ball cap, a jersey, a photo or something totally regular. But it also seems like every athlete has a random story about a weird object they have been asked to sign. For example, Klay Thompson signing the toaster that started a Warriors winning streak.

Ryan Johansen’s story might take the cake though. According to an interview with ESPN, Johansen once had a girl come up to him in Columbus and ask him to sign her birth control.

The article was about asking what the weirdest thing a fan has said to them is, and things definitely got a little weird. It includes fans chanting “Jor-Dan’s Bet-Ter” at Eric Staal, someone refusing to take Mike Cammalleri’s stick and people naming their pets after Jason Spezza.
