Brendan Shanahan may currently be at the helm of the Maple Leafs' youth revolution, but the former NHLer is still best known as a Red Wings legend, having played nine seasons in Detroit, winning three Stanley Cups along the way.

Ahead of the 2017 Centennial Classic Alumni game Shanahan, Lanny McDonald and the rest of the two alumni rosters took to the ice, with the Leafs president donning his Red Wings gear at BMO Field in Toronto.
