Stephen A. Smith has had a few years to process the 76ers' recent slogan, and he still doesn't trust it.

"Trust the Process" is a phrase Philadelphia coined to essentially tell their fans to be patient and the wins will come. The Sixers have been dealt a tough hand with injuries to major young pieces Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons. Because of this, the organization has made sure to stay extra careful with their stars' health. In an effort to mull the fans, they have termed the past few years as "the Process" that will eventually bring victory to the victory-deprived city.

Stephen A. Smith doesn't buy it.

In a recent rant on First Take, Smith tees off on how it is not right for a professional sports franchise to purposely play bad. He makes it very clear that he will not tolerate anyone discussing "the Process" with him.

If Philadelphia starts winning titles we'll see if his opinion changes. Who's going to be the one to ask him?
