Prior to Tuesday night's meeting against the Pelicans, the last time Stephen Curry faced New Orleans, he set the single-game record for most threes made in a game with 13.

Back to the most recent matchup, Curry didn't hit nearly as many threes, but he did go 5 of 9 from deep and finished with 30 points in the Golden State win.

While Curry didn't set the world on fire from three-point land like the previous meeting with the Pelicans, he did hit some tough shots, one of which he even got a high five from a New Orleans coach for.

Mockery or cockiness?  None of the above according to Curry, who explained the high-five after the game.

Darren Erman, the New Orleans assistant, was a former Golden State assistant which is how he and Curry know each other.

Erman was in the Bay Area when Mark Jackson was coaching the Warriors, and now he's working under another former Dub in head coach Alvin Gentry.

Safe to say both know Curry and his magical ability very, very well and both respect it.
