As we examined on Thursday, while some NHLers love to have fun on Twitter, no one has as much fun as Taylor Hall.
After seeing a report from TMZ that superstar singer Selena Gomez was spotted wearing a New Jersey Devils sweater -- one that belonged to Justin Bieber -- Hall put out a tweet simply stating "sup Selena?"
Gomez never issued a reply, but Hall did after he was asked about the spontaneous tweet during a media scrum on Friday morning. So why did Hall send the tweet out to Gomez? In Hall's own words, "...sometimes you need to shoot your shot."
We'll have to keep you posted on whether or not Gomez ever responds to the tweet, but for now, what you really should be keeping an eye on is Hall potentially surpassing Roberto Luongo as the NHLers top tweeter.
