The New York Giants’ season pretty much came to an early end on Sunday afternoon as they dropped their fifth straight game of the year and lost just about every wide receiver on the team to different injuries.

The biggest loss for the Giants was the season-ending injury to Odell Beckham Jr., who was officially ruled out for the rest of the season on Monday afternoon. Since the Giants are going to be very thin at the wide receiver position moving forward, some former NFL players reached out to the team on Twitter shortly after the game.

As of right now, Roger Lewis is the only healthy wide receiver on the Giants’ roster so the team can use all the help they get, even if they do have to sign Terrell Owens and Ochocinco.

It will be interesting to see what kind of moves they make going forward considering they’re one of the three winless teams in the league.
