Not many people expected R.A. Dickey to have much left in the tank at 42-years-old, but the Atlanta Braves decided to give him one more shot by signing him to a deal in the offseason.

Through his first three starts of the season, the 2012 NL Cy Young Award winner is off to a 1-2 start and owns an ERA of 3.86 with 13 strikeouts in 18.2 innings of work.

As one of the team’s big offseason signings, the Braves are going all in with the R.A. Dickey promotions and are even giving him his own bobblehead night. However, this isn’t an ordinary baseball bobblehead.

The 2012 NL strikeout leader will be featured as a Stromtrooper in the form of a bobblehead when the Braves host the St. Louis Cardinals for their Star Wars Night on May 6.
