So much for that ban on Predators fans buying catfish in Pittsburgh.

Monday, a Predators fan continued the team's much talked about fishy tradition, tossign a catfish onto the ice during the second period of Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final. Once the fish hit the ice the game was delayed as to allow staff at the PPG Paints Arena to clean up the remnants of the fish. The catfish's appearance immediately became the topic of discussion on Twitter.

Although the Predators' catfish custom has been covered quite a bit all playoffs long, some fans pondered why it was thrown, how it got into the arena and why it was tossed with the team down 3-0.

Shortly after the catfish hit the ice, the Predators scored to cut the Pens' lead to two. The Preds currently trail the Penguins 3-1 in the second period.
