Monday night, the Leafs played their first playoff game at home in nearly four years and there were some nerves to start the game.

Washington scored two quick goals to take a 2-0 lead and at one point in the second period the Caps had a 3-1 lead.

Toronto fought back, though, to tie the game before the end of the second at 3-3 and for the third straight game, these two teams need overtime.

It didn't take long for the Leafs to end it in the extra frame as Tyler Bozak cashed in and gave Toronto a 2-1 series lead.

The reaction inside the building was awesome, but the reaction outside in Maple Leaf Square was insane.

And another angle for your viewing pleasure:

The win is huge for the Leafs as the seed of doubt is growing bigger and bigger in the Capitals dressing room.

Fans are hoping whatever the team did Monday night can be replicated Wednesday night as they try and take a 3-1 series lead on home ice.

The #Leafs win again. They may have found a good luck charm. #DartGuy #Dartman
