One year ago the St. Louis Rams announced they would be moving back to Los Angeles, and on Thursday, January 12th, 2017, the San Diego Chargers followed suit.
The move was kind of shocking, but the speculation about a potential move has been hovering around the team for quite some time.
The Chargers will spend the next two seasons at the 30,000-seat StubHub Centre, located on California State University grounds. They will then share the new Inglewood Stadium with the Rams upon its completion, expected to be in 2019.
As exciting as the move is for the city of Los Angeles, Chargers fans and the city of San Diego probably feel heartbroken right now.
