Hockey season is quickly approaching and there are a number of things players can do to get prepared for the upcoming season.
Obviously doing on and off ice workouts is one of preparing and getting better.
What we would recommend every player do, though, is get back to the fundamentals of hockey and learn them from the on.the.bench boys.
The two have taught hockey players everywhere important fundamentals in a variety of unique ways, but in their latest video, they hit the ice to teach Calgary Flames star forward Johnny Gaudreau how to shoot the biscuit.
