The 'On The Bench' boys have taught hockey players everywhere a lot of important fundamentals that you probably won't learn anywhere else with their informative videos.
Even though they don't use ice, they still find creative (and cringeworthy) ways of giving tips, even if they ruin a couple of pairs of skates in the process.
We don't recommend skating on concrete or doing what the on.the.bench boys did in their latest video, but if you want to coast, be our guests.
Who needs to back-check when you can coast and save your energy for the offensive end of the ice and the eventual goal celebration, right?
Just don't get caught or your coach might get a little upset...
