The Pittsburgh Penguins beat out the Nashville Predators back in June to claim their second consecutive Stanley Cup. It is not very often that you see a team win the Cup two years in a row, making this victory extra special for the team. On Monday, the team received their rings, and they are beautiful.

To add to the players that received three extra diamonds on their rings because they've won three cups, Mario Lemeiux got five as he has been a part of each of the franchise's Cups. Pretty cool touch by the designer.

Hockey's favourite personality, Phil Kessel, posted a photo of him smiling with the ring on his finger. Kessel, who's birthday is coincidentally on October 2nd, came over to the Penguins in 2015 and was crucial in their last two playoff runs that ultimately ended in the franchise's 4th and 5th Stanley Cups.

Not a bad birthday. Forgot one of them at home #twotime
