Tuesday night was a historic one in Nashville as the Predators played their first ever home game in the Western Conference final.

The Predators made it a memorable one as they dominated in shots and squeezed out a 2-1 victory to take a 2-1 series lead in front of a crazy crowd in Smashville.

The win extended a ridiculous streak for the Predators, too, as they improved to 10-0 in their last 10 home playoff games.

The streak goes back to last postseason, and it actually started against the Ducks as Nashville beat them at home in Game 6 of their first round series.

As per AP, the last team to accomplish the feat was the Detroit Red Wings back in 1997-98.

As much as Preds fans probably don't like the Red Wings, being associated with them is good in this case as the Wings won the Cup the year they won their 10th straight home playoff game.
