The new Star Wars movie is just around the corner, and the San Jose Sharks are clearly very excited about it.

The Sharks are so excited, that they are hosting a Star Wars night tonight at the SAP Center. They have invited fans to dress up as characters from the series and they will be sending everyone home with a Sharks/Star Wars poster.

Fully committing themselves to the night, they have also dressed up their social media, creating new logos for themselves and the Ducks.

The Sharks even went as far as changing their actual Twitter logo to the one in that image.

The poster that fans will go home with features Logan Couture as a Rebel Pilot, Joe Pavelski and Joe Thornton as Jedis and, of course, Brent Burns as a Wookie. It’s not the first time that Burns has been compared to a Wookie, and as long as he keeps that beard, it definitely won’t be the last.

It’s a perfect team for Star Wars night and we’re sure the team will have plenty more fun as the night continues.

Now we just hope that Burns throws it back to the 2016 All-Star game and brings out the Chewbacca mask for warmups. He clearly feels comfortable in it based on the video below.
