If you live somewhere where the weather isn't very nice in the winter, don't worry, the weather is getting much nicer now that we're nearing the month of May.

There is a downside to this, though.  With the weather getting nicer, arenas are starting to remove their ice for the summer, signalling the beginning of baseball, football, golf, basketball, and soccer season.

Now, most arenas keep their ice on all year round because hockey in the summer is just as popular as it is in the winter on a recreational level, but if you for some reason don't have ice available this summer, there are alternatives.

Playing ball hockey is one, but if you want that feeling of lacing up the skates in the summer, do what these guys did and skate on concrete.

Credit the "On The Bench" hockey guys for bringing the hockey world informative skating tips without ice, that's no easy task.

We imagine most hockey fans watching these tips probably found it hilarious and also cringe worthy, especially when those skates hit the concrete.

Speaking of hockey fans cringe worthy, this would be perfect for a 'Ruin Your Day Hockey Edition' part two, don't you think?

Tag a friend to ruin their day. 😖😂
