Last year's NBA All-Star Weekend Dunk Contest duel between Zach LaVine and Aaron Gordon will go down as an absolute classic moment in the history of the event. But with LaVine ruling himself out for the 2017 competition, fans are wondering who will challenge Gordon in this year's air show. 

You likely have never heard of Derrick Jones Jr., but if ESPN's report about the Phoenix Suns rookie receiving an invite to the dunk contest is correct, you certainly will know his name after All-Star Weekend. The 19-year-old forward has only played in three games this season for the Suns, but the UNLV product's dunking ability has everyone talking.
