For the second straight offseason, the Montreal Canadiens have made a blockbuster trade. On Thursday, the Habs sent Mikhail Sergachev to the Tampa Bay Lightning along with a 2018 conditional 2nd-round pick for Jonathan Drouin and a 2018 conditional 6th-round pick.
This poor Lightning fan asked for a Lightning jersey for his birthday this year, and got a brand new Drouin. 27 hours later... (swipe left on the Instagram below).
We hope he can exchange that bad boy, because otherwise he got a brand new jersey that expired and depreciated almost immediately after it arrived in his hands.
Or maybe he'll trade allegiances and become a Habs' fan?
