Some of you might have experienced it before. A near-death experience, that is.
Graeme Spence, a member of Team USA’s Oracle team, fell in front of his team’s catamaran and was nearly sliced into pieces. You won’t believe how close it really was.
These boats are capable of hitting speeds of up to 51 MPH due to the razor sharp hydrofoils located on the bottom.
It was a terrifying experience for Spence and his teammates, but it’s safe to say that it could have been a lot worse.
Talk about an adrenaline rush…
