The game of hockey may be moving away from fighting, but apparently it's so encouraged in lacrosse that players even get their own tunes to brawl to.

Friday, the Saskatchewan Rush took on the Calgary Roughnecks in preseason play, but clearly no one informed the players that it was just an exhibition game, because the tilt was an absolute physical affair. What started as a chaotic line brawl quickly transformed into a WWE stylematch, complete with a DJ playing fight songs like M.O.P.'s Ante Up, and fog machines blasting to the beat.

The NLL does fights right. Just look at the pageantry. As soon as the steam machine behind the net started firing off, you knew it was on between the two goalies.

Psyched for the upcoming NLL season now? Well the season opener is just around the corner. Starting with the Toronto Rock taking on the Rochester Knighthawks on December 29th.
