Members of the Boston Bruins have spent the past week visiting each New England state as part of a mission to grow the game of hockey throughout the region, but the players ended up playing the role of the fans on Tuesday afternoon when they made at stop at the New England Patriots' practice in Foxborough.

The guys ended up taking in the Patriotsโ€™ practice at their practice field behind Gillette Stadium and got a tour from head coach Bill Belichick and some of the players.

Since they were at the Patriotsโ€™ practice, Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask put his skills on display for the Pats and perfectly nailed a field goal with ease.

Turns out Rask and Rob Gronkowski ended up becoming best friends during the visit and exchanged a few laughs.

GRONK & TUUKK. Thanks for coming out to practice today, @nhlbruins!

It's always neat to see teams from the same area come together like this.
