Washington Nationals ace Max Scherzer is a two-time Cy Young Award winner who has struck out 250-plus batters three seasons in a row. Tim Tebow is a former football player taking part in Spring Training for the first time in his young baseball career who currently has a .167 batting average. The two faced each other on Monday. Guess who came out on top.

The first match-up between Tebow and Scherzer ended pretty much exactly how you thought it would, with a three-pitch strikeout that included two huge whiffs.

The second at-bat didn't go a whole lot better for Tebow, with Scherzer recording a four-pitch strikeout. Again, that is to be expected when a Class A player takes on one of the best aces in the game.
