The Ball family is one of the most well-known sports families out there for many reasons.

The most obvious is Lavar Ball and all of the outrageous things he's said with a microphone in front of his face over the past couple of years.

Then there's Lonzo Ball, the highly touted point guard the Lakers selected with the second overall pick in this past draft, and his two brothers, LiAngelo and LaMelo.

LaMelo is the youngest of the three, but by all accounts he's got a ton of potential and he even has his own signature shoe.

Say what you want about the shoes, we're just here to talk about the logo because the owner of a yoga studio in Ottawa claims Big Baller Brand used her logo for LaMelo's sneaker.

The logos are very similar, and the owner of the ModernBody, Hana Engel, told CTV's Catherine Lathem she started the trademark copyright process back in 2014 with a full license in Canada in April of this year.

“I don’t want it to be, ‘oh she’s a little yoga studio in Ottawa Canada, who cares we can get away with this’, it’s my logo and I protected it for a reason,” Engel says.

As per the CTV article, Engel had her copyright lawyer send a letter to BBB which states, "“Any use of the Big Baller Mark in Canada by your client will be considered an infringement of our client’s exclusive trademark rights."  They have until the 29th of September to respond and if they don't this could go to court.
