It’s pretty wild to think the person making the most noise in the basketball community so far in 2017 hasn’t been a player at all, but rather the father of a prospect, but it's true. In case you've been living under a rock, his name is LaVar Ball.

LaVar has been vocal about wanting his son, Lonzo, to be drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers, and on Tuesday night the Lakers kept their No. 2 spot at the NBA Draft lottery.

LaVar has said he wants his son to play for the Lakers, but if the Boston Celtics want to take him first overall, would he refuse and insist on dropping down to No. 2? The fact he's only working out for the Lakers pre-Draft makes us think so...

If the Celtics are interested, but Ball tells them to look elsewhere, how much would the difference cost the point guard?

But hey, if people are buying those insanely expensive shoes, who needs the money? Only, it doesn't appear they're selling too well...

Maybe just do what every other player does and play for whichever team drafts you?
