We’re nearing the halfway point of the NFL season and we’re starting to get an idea of which teams are worth watching and which teams… aren’t. Let’s focus on the teams who have earned your time over the past six weeks and not waste it on the bottom-feeders, shall we?

There are some solid matchups across the board this weekend but three are in a ‘must-watch’ class of their own, and we’d like to think you’ll agree with our trio. So without further ado, let’s go over the games you NEED to watch on Sunday.

3) Packers (4-1) vs. Texans (1-5)

Wait… really? Two teams with opposite records makes for one of the best games of the week? Yes, it definitely does.

The Packers have been rolling this season and the Texans have had their share of problems, but there’s one thing about each of these squads we are certain of: their offences are HUMMING. The Texans have put up 30, and 36 points respectively since firing former head coach Bill O’Brien and quarterback DeShaun Watson has thrown for a combined 694 yards and seven touchdowns over that span. Green Bay, on the other hand, are coming off of their first loss of the season an one of the worst games of Aaron Rodgers’ career. How will he respond? Don’t sleep on what could be the most high-scoring game of the season to date. The over/under is currently 56.5.

2) Steelers (5-0) vs. Titans (5-0)

This one is no sleeper.

There are A LOT of things to look out for in this one, but let’s be real for a moment. This game is going to come down to how Derrick Henry fares against the Steelers’ front seven. The Titans back leads the league in rushing with 588 yards (that’s including a bye!!!!) while Pittsburgh’s defence is allowing just 66.2 yards against on the ground per game; the second lowest total behind the Bucs. Henry gashed the Texans for 264 total yards last Sunday, so we’ll have to see if Mike Tomlin’s group can shut him down. Pittsburgh lost its star linebacker Devin Bush to a torn ACL last week.

1) Seahawks (5-0) vs. Cardinals (4-2)

They’re both not undefeated, but this one is still very much the must-watch game of the week.

It’s been some time since the Hawks and Cards have both been competitive but thanks to their quarterback play, these two teams are BUZZING right now. Russell Wilson is the clear front-runner for this year’s MVP trophy and Kyler Murray’s play has caused many to believe he could win the award in the coming years. Some unlucky injuries for the San Francisco 49ers has catapulted these two teams as the favourites to win the NFC West, and you can expect another high-scoring affair, as the over-under also currently sits at 56.5.

Wilson vs. Murray, Metcalf vs. Hopkins, this one should be electric!
