On Monday night, A-Rod was a special guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and he was asked about the possibility of purchasing the New York Mets.
Here’s what the 14-time All-Star had to say.
The Manhattan, New York native mentioned that he grew up cheering for the New York Mets and that he would definitely look into it if the opportunity came up.
He also pitched the idea to Fallon to go 50/50 with him on the purchase and the host didn’t shy away from it.
