The NHL season lines up pretty perfectly for many of the young couples trying to get married in the summer, so there are a lot to squeeze in every year.
With how many teammates end up attending each other’s weddings, they must have to do a lot of planning around each date to make sure that everybody can fit them into their schedule. This weekend hosted a couple big weddings, with a massive part of the New York Islanders, Pittsburgh Penguins and Ottawa Senators’ rosters making appearances.
The biggest weddings of the weekend ended up being between John Tavares and Aryne Fuller, Brian Dumoulin and Kayla Ermold and Nate Thompson and Sydney Kaplan.
