As much as the summer is a great time for players to relax and get away from the rink, it's also a time for shoots with companies like Bauer, CCM, Warrior, etc.

Auston Matthews and David Pastrnak, two of the NHL's brightest young stars, are both part of the Bauer family and among other things, the two squared off in a shooting accuracy competition this summer during their shoot with Bauer.

The two players used the new Bauer Nexus 2N Pro in the shooting competition and just like in the playoffs, Pastrnak came out on top, but just barely.

The only time Pastrnak missed the mark was when he made that wonderfully awful Toronto joke at the beginning of the video.

Other than that, the 35-goal scorer was extremely accurate as was Matthews, who found the back of the next 34 times last season.  It's safe to say these two are going to be filling opposing nets with pucks for years to come based on what they've done thus far.
