Sunday wasn't the best day to be an NFL referee. Throughout the day and into the Sunday night game between the Bears and Rams, the officials were getting crushed on Twitter for questionable calls being made.
Then, in the final game of the day, one official got crushed (literally) and it was unfortunate, yet somewhat funny at the same time.
And another angle of that hit: While that ref might be feeling the hit this morning, he can take comfort in the fact that he wasn't calling the Cowboys and Eagles game because that's where most of the controversy Sunday came from. (H/T: The Checkdown)
