Jason Spezza has always had some silky smooth hands, but apparently his moves never get old for Ben Bishop.

They are teammates for the second time after playing together in Ottawa in 2011-12 and 2012-13 and, now on Dallas they still like to have fun. After a shootout winner in which Spezza was able to freeze Ondrej Pavelec with a slight head fake, Bishop was thrilled with his moves.

Perhaps it’s the goalie side of him that still has admiration for a move that seems unstoppable with Spezza’s quick lateral movements.

Spezza has always been a goofball on the ice, but in this scenario, he looks like a kid embarrassed by his dad or something. It’s a moment that most hockey players can relate to, where you’re trying to act nonchalant about pulling off a nice move.

They always say act like you’ve been there before – sometimes that’s easier than others.
