Big League Chew was created by former professional baseball player Rob Nelson and hit the shelves in May of 1980. Since the product hit the market nearly 40 years ago, the bubblegum has become iconic in the baseball world as young, aspiring players like to chew massive chunks of it during baseball games to act like the professional players.
 

The company currently produces six different flavours and all six packages feature a different type of ballplayer.

However, the one thing they’ve never done is feature a woman ballplayer on the package, but that’s all about to change.
 

Come next February, Big League Chew will feature their first ever female player in the history of the company.
