Before the start of the hockey season, various NHL superstars took part in a media day to shoot some fun, interactive videos.

Throughout the season, the league has shared out these clips in series like 'Puck Personality' and 'What's in the Box?' on their YouTube page and NHL.com.

We've featured a number of videos throughout the season, but the best video we've stumbled across might just be the one we're about to highlight.

It's no secret Brent Burns' ranch in Texas is essentially an animal sanctuary with the number of exotic animals he owns. The NHL borrowed one of Burns' pet snakes to shoot a segment of the 'What's in the Box?' feature. Host Paul Bissonette AKA "BizNasty," was expecting Eichel to come participate in the shoot, but not before he saw the serpent.

Eichel was so petrified that he didn't care that he had to cut right through a live interview with Evander Kane.

So, if you're confused as to why there's a bunch of rubber snakes pressed up against the glass in warm-up the next time Eichel is facing a rival, you'll now know just the way to get the Sabres' centre off his game.
