Halloween is just around the corner and a group of NHLers have gotten the party started early.

Every year, a select few go above and beyond the minimal requirements and deck themselves out in a costume to remember. This year, Blake Coleman and his girlfriend Jordan Daigle might have jumped out to an early lead with their ‘flatterings outfits’. Before hitting the sidelines as a reporter for CBS, Daigle served as a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys, so Coleman said “what the heck’ and decided to give her old gear a try. Logically, Daigle decided to test Coleman’s out as well and it made for a couple of pretty epic photos.

Swipe for the surprise 😂 Nice legs @bcoles25 👌

Those are some massive legs on the right!

You’d think the two would grab sole possession of the lead for best costume at this point, especially with Halloween still nine days away right? Think again! Edmonton Oilers superstar Connor McDavid and his girlfriend Lauren dressed as Homer and Marge Simpson and didn’t disappoint in the slightest.

His teammates Milan Lucic and Cam Talbot didn’t look too bad either. Lucic can be seen in the middle while Talbot is chilling with the crazy hair on the left:

We’re just getting started people, so keep a good eye out for the best stuff leading up to the 31st!
