Sports franchises are always finding different ways to show their fans some appreciation throughout the year. This year it’s a little different for teams around the world due to the coronavirus pandemic, but that hasn’t stopped teams from showing fans some love this season.

The Toronto Blue Jays are holding their Fan Appreciation Weekend in their home away from home and one of the ways the team managed to show the players how much they’re appreciated in an awesome way.

The Blue Jays’ dugout has been covered in tweets from the fans and the players were pretty stoked to see the surprise.

The players also showed the fans some love by taking some photos with the cutouts in the stands in Buffalo.

It’s too bad they can’t play in front of their home crowd in the postseason, but Blue Jays fans are just happy they clinched a spot.
