Booner Jenner is an agitator, and does his best work getting under his opponents skin and pissing them off, but on Tuesday night, he ticked off one of his own in the form of teammate Tyler Motte.

The Jackets were in a battle with the Devils on Tuesday night, and Jenner’s frustrations boiled over, and Motte was caught in the crossfire.

That’s gotta hurt.

Listen to the song in the background. Has Jenner lost his mind? Nah, it was just an accident.

Motte’s reaction is pretty funny despite knowing he's in pain. He obviously knows it was merely a mistake, but he couldn’t help himself shake his head in disbelief.

Jenner hasn’t had the puck luck on his side so far this season. In 21 games with the Blue Jackets, Jenner has just amassed just three goals in 21 games. The 24-year-old is just two seasons removed from a 30-goal season, and this year hasn’t gotten off to the start he’d probably wanted to. Jenner missed training camp and the first few weeks of the season with an injury, so perhaps this is just merely a slow start as he finds his form.

The 24-year-old finished the game a minus one, with two shots, seven hits  and no slashing penalties in 13:21 of ice time.
