Bruce Boudreau may no longer be Alexander Ovechkin's coach, but that doesn't mean that he's afraid to deliver a solid chirp to his former player.

It's been nearly six years since Boudreau was the coach of the Washington Capitals, however, it's quite clear that Ovi and him still share a special bond with one another. Thursday, with the Capitals in Minnesota to take on the Wild, Ovechkin went out of his way to go visit his old coach during the home team's scheduled skate.

What he was greeted with was an amazing tongue in cheek comment.

Earlier this week while speaking with TSN's Darren Dreger, Ovechkin let everyone know that while he didn't fight the NHL's decision to disallow players to go to the Olympics, he still isn't happy with the league. Quite clearly Boudreau saw the clip, because he just went straight for the chirp.
