Brad Marchand has always been known in the NHL for being a pest.

It’s just been a major part of his game from the beginning! He’s used it on multiple occasions as an effective strategy to get under the other team's skin. While it’s definitely annoying to other players, we can’t blame him for it! You gotta do what you gotta do.

With that said, people change and it looks like he’s trying to! The Bruins forward was suspended for three games for slew-footing Canucks defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson on Sunday. Following the announcement, Marchand addressed the media with a pretty honest statement. He explained that he’s trying to get away from his old dirty reputation but it still unfortunately haunts him.

Where is Marchand and what have you done with him?
