The Ottawa Redblacks go head-to-head with the Edmonton Eskimos this Saturday to open up a CFL triple header and Redblacks leading receiver Brad Sinopoli will be rocking some custom cleats for the tilt.

As part of the CFL's Family Day initiative for this season, the 30-year-old receiver will be rocking some cleats that include a mix of the cartoons he watched growing up, his family and his homes of past and present.

Designed my David Arrigo, one shoe features his hometown of Peterborough, Ontario, which is represented by the lift locks, while the other shoe shows Ottawa's parliament buildings, where he went to school and now plays. The cartoon tie-ins are the best part about the shoes as he incorporated characters from The Simpsons and Recess

Edmonton Eskimos quarterback Mike Reilly and Calgary Stampeders linebacker Alex Singleton debuted some fantastic Family Day inspired cleats a couple of weeks ago, which were also designed by Arrigo.
