It seems like we’re celebrating holidays we never even knew existed every single day we go on Twitter, so it’s no surprise that Tuesday is World Emoji Day.

Franchises around the world came up with some fun and creative ways to get their fan base involved in the “holiday” conversation, but nothing came close to what the Carolina Hurricanes did on Tuesday.

The team shared out an iconic photo of Rod Brind'Amour hoisting the Hurricanes’ first and only Stanley Cup in franchise history, as well as photos of players from their current roster. Only these weren’t your average photos, they were photos entirely recreated using only emojis.

When you zoom in on the photos, you can see just how many emojis were involved to make these photos possible.

It might not be a real holiday, but the Hurricanes definitely made the most out of the day.
