Even though the Golden State Warriors have won two-straight championships, the last two years on and off the court have been as fun and insane as we can remember.

There has been so much change on the court in regards to players going to new teams or being traded and off the court, social media has played a part in some of the biggest stories over the past two seasons.

It seems like living under a rock for just one month over the past two years would have put any NBA fan behind big time, but imagine how much you would have missed had you not followed basketball from July 3rd of 2016 to now.

Simply put, you would have missed a whole lot and CBS Sports put how much you would have missed over that time period in perspective with the perfect text message exchange between friends:

This is absolutely brilliant and watching it actually reminded us of things that happened over the past two seasons we forget about like the J.R. Smith soup incident.

What's insane is with Cousins in Golden State, LeBron in Los Angeles and Kawhi in Toronto (for the time being), the craziness might only just be beginning on and off the court.
