It’s official: J.J. Watt is signing with the Arizona Cardinals, where he’ll form one of the scariest defensive cores for opposing quarterbacks to face alongside Chandler Jones. (Russell Wilson, we’re so sorry.)

It turns out that Jones was really going above and beyond in his efforts to recruit Watt to Arizona, too. Before Watt made his decision, Jones offered to become his personal chef if he signed with the Cardinals.

This probably wasn’t the biggest factor in Watt’s decision, but hey, if it had any impact at all, then some credit is owed to Jones here.

Now, as far as maintaining an NFL diet goes, Watt might want to stick with the professionals instead of relying on his teammate, but either way, we’re expecting these two to post some ridiculous sack totals together.
