Connor McDavid is the NHL’s first player to carry a cap hit of $12.5M. On top of that, McDavid is likely at or near the top of the list of NHLers receiving endorsements. In other words, he’s got a lot of cheddar to spend.
Back in July, Caroline Gault of EDify got to check out McDavid’s house, one designed by McDavid’s girlfriend Lauren Kyle.

Kyle is an interior designer that put together the project, one that notably includes a silver, white, and black theme throughout the house. Another noticeable feature, or lack thereof, is the choice to not display any hockey memorabilia. According to Kyle, McDavid doesn’t like to show off his memorabilia.

The house features a basketball court, a huge wine-bar, and all sorts of fancy furniture. Something about the house also feels like it could be home to Darth Vader, which for some reason suits McDavid a little bit.
