Dana White wasn’t kidding when he said the UFC would be the first to return to live events, and it turns out he also wasn’t kidding about Fight Island.
Before the UFC moved to Jacksonville to host their most recent live events the plan was to host them on a private island that Dana White and the UFC purchased; earning the name Fight Island. Well, it turns out it’s still happening and White plans on having the fights get underway by next month.
White stated that the plan is to get the fights started on Fight Island by the end of June, and then once they get started he plans on rolling them out week after week hoping to go for about a month.
