2018 marked the 25th anniversary of one of the most popular sports movies of all-time.

Every kid growing up that played baseball with their friends at a local park could relate to “The Sandlot.”

On Saturday night, Ham, Timmy, Repeat, Smalls, Bertram, Squints, Yeah-Yeah and DeNunez were back together out at the ballpark. This one happened to have a few more lights and an outfield wall that doesn’t allow balls to squeak underneath of it. The group of actors were brought out to Dodger Stadium for a special promotional night on the anniversary.

Fans in attendance for the game that saw the Dodgers fall to the Giants received this custom shirt.

After the game, the stadium played the movie on the jumbotron, making for a perfect summer night at the ballpark.

The Marlins and Phillies will also celebrate the movie’s anniversary on July 15th down in Miami. Now that’s a ball diamond that’s just a little different than the sandlot they actually played in.

On a related note, if you haven't yet watched the Brewers reenact this scene from the movie, it's definetly worth your watch.
