Many kids grow up wishing to one day play in The Show, and this dream is being made possible to a 15-year-old boy battling cancer in Philidelphia.

We're not crying, you are.

On Thursday, the Flyers signed long time Flyers fan Blake Steigauf, who plays hockey at Manheim Central High School, to a one day contract for Friday's game against the New York Rangers.

His one biggest wish was to have the full Philadelphia Flyers experience which began on Thursday as he attended the team’s practice, he met his favorite player Claude Giroux and ate lunch with the team.

On Friday, Blake will present the Flyers' starting lineup and stand side-by-side with the team during the national anthem. How cool is that?

Everyone is loving this signing, the might have to extend it.

The game is Friday, February 28th at 7pm.
