Gardner Minshew could not have been more hyped after spotting a fan with his jersey

When it comes to energy players, you won’t find one more energetic at the quarterback position than Gardner Minshew.

Ever since appearing in a game to replace the injured Nick Foles, Minshew has been endearing himself to the NFL community with an electric personality, a signature mustache, and some better-than-some-expected play called “Minshew Magic.”

He’s not a huge difference maker at the quarterback position, but nobody will ever say that he doesn’t bring ANYTHING to the team he plays for.

To get a glimpse of who Minshew is, look no further than this clip from Sunday. After starting for an injured Jalen Hurts, Minshew led the Philadelphia Eagles to a victory over the New York Jets. After the game, he hit up the fans excitedly waiting field-side.

That’s where he saw it. Amongst the Eagles faithful, Minshew spotted a familiar #10 in the crowd. It wasn’t the long departed Desean Jackson. Nope, it was a Minshew jersey!

While you may not necessarily want him to start a football game for your favourite team, it’s nearly impossible to dislike this guy. He continues to be one of the most entertaining personalities in the league, despite not being quite as visible as he was with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
